Refund Policy Framework:

    •    Refunds are applicable if the solar equipment is defective upon delivery or if installation services are not performed as agreed.

    •    Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or installation.

    2.    Conditions:

    •    Equipment must be unused and in its original packaging.

    •    No refunds for installed systems unless proven faulty.

    •    Partial refunds may apply based on depreciation if equipment has been used.

    3.    Non-Refundable Items:

    •    Site visits and consultation fees.

    •    Installation labor costs once services are rendered.

    4.    Refund Process:

    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days to the original payment method.
